- No returns are accepted for skincare (including bath and body), haircare, personal care, makeup, and health/wellness products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- For all other products, a return may be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase if the product is in its original condition and packaging.

**1.2 How to Initiate a Return**
- To initiate a return for eligible products, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
- After receiving approval, securely package the product and include the packaging slip. Ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team.

**1.3 Return Shipping**
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective.

**2. Refunds**

**2.1 Eligibility for Refunds**
- Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Skincare (including bath and body), haircare, personal care, makeup, and health/wellness products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

**3. Exchanges**

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary, and we may require photo evidence of the damage or defect.

**4. Sale Items**

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
